The Rivers is ready for all our residents, with compassion and a person-centered approach to senior living.
The Rivers opened in 1999 on land previously owned by The River Hills United Methodist Church. The community adopted the name “The Rivers” because of its location just south of the Minnesota and Mississippi Rivers. In 2016, The Rivers joined the Transforming Age family of communities and officially became a not-for-profit organization.
Every member of The Rivers team follows the core values and guiding principles of service, respect, trust, stewardship, accountability, joy, and excellence. Our mission and vision extend beyond simply providing quality services and attention. By continuously exceeding the standards for personalized care, we enable our residents to thrive and live happy, fulfilling lives.
