This fund provides support specifically to residents and employees at Skyline. Gifts can be directed to any of its four programs: staff scholarships, resident support, community outreach, or Skyline general enhancement.

With 1 out of every 5 Americans over the age of 65, (or some other stat) quickly outpacing the younger workforce, it has never been more important to invest in the work force that serves them. But serving older adults requires a dedicated workforce with the passion, training, skills, and experience to make a difference. The Transforming Age Education Fund was established to empower our team members to advance within senior-focused industries. This fund covers essential educational costs, including tuition, books, and fees. With its support, team members have transformed their careers, progressing from dining room servers to registered nurses and even executive directors and administrators. In an industry where certifications and degrees are often necessary but financially out of reach, this fund is committed to breaking down barriers and enabling our team members to unlock their full potential and pursue their true callings.

Everyone has the right to live in a quality, safe, well-maintained home. A gift to the CIRC Fund provides sustainable senior housing and improves the lives of seniors by helping to manage the growing disparity between income and rent, along with other costs of daily living like food, healthcare, and transportation.
